Ceramic braces
The traditional tooth coloured Radiance® and Clarity® ceramic brackets are the least visible of the traditional fixed braces. The brackets are made from pure grown sapphire and are as clear as glass and as strong as steel. These brackets resist staining so will stay clear throughout the course of your treatment. Ceramic brackets are low visibilty. You can also just get ceramic brackets on your six upper front teeth with metal brackets elsewhere to help keep the costs for your treatment low. The new lower friction, self ligating ceramic brackets such as Damon Clear® and Clarity™ SL are slightly more visible than regular ceramic brackets but with a reduced treatment time they are preferred by those in a hurry!
